Spray Polyx
POLYX® SPRAYABLE HARDWAX-OIL SYSTEM
Osmo Spray-Polyx® is an oil/wax based Hardwax-Oil coating designed specifically for professional spray application through HVLP, Airless, Air-Assisted or Gravity-fed systems. Well suited to Millwork, Cabinets, Furniture and Staircases. Microporous and will not peel, crack, flake or blister. Resistant against dirt, water, wine, beer, coffee, tea, ect.

Application Instructions
Prior to using, please ensure the product is stirred thoroughly.
Apply two thin coats, sanding between coats
First Coat: Apply one thin coat, allow product to dry and then lightly sand with P320 or above.
- Spray approx. 20-40 g/m2 onto wood surface
- Dust dry after approx. 2-3 hours at 20ºc or approx. 1 hour with 50ºc ambient air temperature
- Ready for sanding after 6-8 hours or 2-3 hours respectively
- Intermediate sanding P320 grit – a higher grit will produce a higher end sheen
Second Coat: Apply a second thin coat, allow to dry overnight, packaging next day.
- Spray approx. 20-40 g/m2 onto wood surface
- Dust dry after approx. 2-3 hours at 20ºc or approx. 1 hour with 50ºc ambient air temperature
- Clean tools with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner (benzene-free)

Tip: Industrial Wood Wax Finish can be tinted (up to 10% by volume) with Osmo Wood Wax Finishes
Tip 2: Industrial Wood Wax Finish can be used like a regular wiping varnish, applied using a brush or cloth/rag.
